Great location and amenity. The kitchen is stocked well with pans, appliances etc so you really can cook if you like, great for a long stay. We brought our car and didn’t have any issues finding a park out the front of the house.

We had a lovely stay at MaisonNet. The unit was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. It’s also great to find a pet-friendly option that is so clean and well looked after.
We especially enjoyed the location, which is within walking distance of the beautiful Tallebudgera Creek, where we enjoyed a lovely sunset. If you enjoy walking and exercise, there are cafes and shops about a 25-minute walk away. .
As the building is older, there is no lift, so guests travelling with large or heavy luggage should be prepared to use the stairs.
The only downside for us was that the shower water pressure was quite low, which made showering a little difficult.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean, comfortable, and well maintained the unit was.

Our stay was comfortable. The home was very well equipped. My dog loved the backyard.
I did have to altert the host to some fence repairs that needed tending too. It appears that the neighbours have done some works and damaged the fence causing a couple of gaps.
Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay.

A great little place to stay in the heart of Devonport - it has everything you need for your stay, whether that be just a few days or (like me) a week. There's a well-stocked kitchen to cook in, and it's close by (walkable) to everything you need, including the shopping centres and a terrific coffee spot just one or two stops up the street. Definitely recommended if you're looking for an alternative to a hotel in the city.

The apartment is exactly as advertised in the photos. The place was super clean and cute. The views from the 50th floor were incredible. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the shower and water pressure. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything or a short 5-10 min uber. The host was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.
